Your Local Team in the Verde Valley

KH&F Resources LLC is a family-owned and operated handyman and property maintenance company based in Cottonwood, Arizona. Our lead technician brings more than 10 years of experience working for an electrical company, so switch, outlet, fixture and ceiling fan swaps are done carefully and right the first time.

We help homeowners across Cottonwood, Sedona, Camp Verde and Cornville with the repairs and upkeep that keep a house running, whether you live here full time or own a vacation home or rental you can't always check on. For owners who are away, we also offer routine maintenance visits, turnover repairs between guests and vacant home checks.

What you can expect: prompt communication, a clear quote before work starts, a photo update when the job is done, and a clean, respectful job site. Requests, quotes and invoices all run through our online client portal, so everything stays organized in one place.
